We have a range of associates who can put into place effective and relevant development programmes for managers and leaders of all different levels. Interventions may be individual or group based and will align to either the needs of the organisation, the individual(s) or both. Our associates can also design and deliver L&D activities for employees which meet both organisational and learner needs and deliver tangible organisational and individual impact. With a strong commercial focus, Julia enjoys using NLP and Transactional Analysis (TA) within her work to enable leaders to develop self awareness and understand how to maximise the performance of their team and achieve great results..
Julia provides training and development solutions for public and private sector organisations of all sizes and has designed and delivered development interventions for all levels of management from supervisors through to directors.
As an executive coach she has also developed and delivered a range of coaching programmes and team development interventions including; customer service, assertiveness and conversation skills training.

Lesley combines a wide range of skills and experience having worked in the public sector for over 20 years, 11 years as a Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development in two NHS Trusts with over 30 years as a qualified CIPD professional.
Since late 2006 Lesley has worked independently specialising as an executive coach and tutor delivering many different coaching and mentoring programmes including ILM 5 and 7 programmes.

Louis is a Leadership Coach with over 20 years’ experience in leadership roles in both the private and public sectors.
His assignments have provided him with exposure to sectors as wide ranging as telecoms, energy, finance, charities and the prison service. He combines his extensive industry experience, with his academic knowledge of psychology, and his ongoing development as a coach to great effect, helping his clients navigate challenges as diverse as managing strategic change, handling effective conversations, and mentally preparing for resettlement following a prison sentence.
He is always in demand as a coach and is currently providing his services to ‘C’ level and senior executives in Vodafone, Legal & General and BP.

Sue has developed and implemented a variety of leadership programmes ranging from pre management programmes to senior leadership development programmes, accredited with ILM and underpinned by bespoke competencies, 360 degree appraisal and coaching.
Sue is a Licensed Suzy Lamplugh Personal Safety trainer and has broad experience of delivering all aspects of this training to a variety of audiences. She has also supported the production of policy and best practice guidelines.
