Abby is an experienced Learning & Organisational Development Professional, specialising in coaching, facilitation of leadership and management workshops, as well as team away days and organisational development projects. She has spent over 15 years in the NHS, including several years at a Senior Level, and has been running her own Learning & Development business since 2015.
Abby is passionate about enabling individuals, teams and organisations to learn, develop, achieve their goals and maximise their potential. Lesley combines a wide range of skills and experience having worked in the public sector for over 20 years, 11 years as a Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development in two NHS Trusts with over 30 years as a qualified CIPD professional.
Since late 2006 Lesley has worked independently specialising as an executive coach and tutor delivering many different coaching and mentoring programmes including ILM 5 and 7 programmes.
