David has specialised in the provision of in depth investigatory services and advice in respect of grievance and discipline. Lesley P

Lesley combines a wide range of skills and experience having worked in the public sector for over 20 years, 11 years as a Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development in two NHS Trusts with over 30 years as a qualified CIPD professional.

Since late 2006 Lesley has worked independently specialising as an executive coach and tutor delivering many different coaching and mentoring programmes including ILM 5 and 7 programmes.
